Orders & Personalization

When will my order be processed and shipped?

To maintain our boutique standard, all ready-to-ship fine jewelry items are fully inspected, wrapped in our signature gift packaging, and handed over to our carrier networks on the next business day. Orders placed during Canadian statutory holidays or weekends are processed on the immediate following business day.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because our fulfillment team moves rapidly to guarantee next-business-day dispatch, order cancellations or modifications (such as changing a shipping address or jewelry sizing) must be requested within 2 hours of checkout. Please contact support@eidori.com immediately with your order number. Once a package is handed to the courier, modifications are no longer possible.

Do you offer custom engraving or personalized sizing?

Yes, selected jewelry pieces in our collection can be personalized. For custom configurations, engraving parameters, or custom length requests, precise production timeframes will be explicitly listed directly on the product detail page before checkout. Please ensure all initials, sizes, and characters are typed accurately, as custom pieces are final sale.

How should I care for and clean my plated jewelry?

Where do you ship from, and what countries do you serve?

We dispatch all orders directly from our operational headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We currently provide reliable, secure transit to customers located across Canada, the United States, and selected international regions.

What are your estimated delivery windows?

Once dispatched on the next business day, transit timelines vary depending on your regional destination:

Canada: 2 to 4 Business Days

United States: 2 to 6 Business Days

International: 10 to 25 Business Days

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. Eidori guarantees absolute pricing transparency at checkout. For all orders bound for the United States or international destinations, all applicable customs fees, import duties, and local tariffs are completely covered and prepaid by Eidori prior to delivery. The final numerical total you see in your shopping cart is the exact price you pay; you will never encounter surprise collection bills at your doorstep.

How do I track my delivery?

The moment your package is registered within our courier systems, an automated notification containing a secure tracking hyperlink will be sent directly to your inbox from orders@eidori.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier (such as Chitchat or DHL Express) to refresh their digital tracking dashboard.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a transparent 14-day return window for all eligible items. You have 14 days from the carrier's recorded delivery date to request a return. Items must be returned completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and nestled inside their original presentation packaging. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, for compliance and consumer safety, certain restrictions apply:

Hygiene Standards: For strict health and safety reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry are only eligible for a refund if they remain entirely unworn, untouched, and sealed in their original condition.

Final Sale Items: Custom-made jewelry, engraved pieces, and clearance items purchased during final sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Are there restocking fees for returns?

No. Eidori charges a $0.00 restocking fee on all valid returns. However, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label back to our Edmonton facility, unless the return is due to an operational error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).
