5. Secure Order Tracking
As soon as your shipment is registered within our courier systems, an automated dispatch notification will be transmitted to you. This communication will include your direct tracking link and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours from dispatch for the carrier network to update the initial digital scanning coordinates.
6. Incomplete Addresses & Undeliverable Shipments

Eidori is not legally or financially responsible for failed deliveries, routing delays, or lost packages stemming from incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled address information provided by the customer.

If a courier returns a package to our Edmonton facility due to an uncollected delivery attempt or an invalid address string, any requested refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, adjusted for outbound and return transport fees incurred by the carrier.
7. Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged on Arrival: If a package arrives physically compromised, you must notify our care team within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all outer shipping boxes and inner presentation pouches exactly as they arrived, and consult Section 5 of our Return & Refund Policy for full photography documentation instructions.

Stolen Packages: Once a shipment is officially marked as "Delivered" by the designated carrier tracking system, legal ownership transfers to the receiver. Eidori is not liable for packages stolen from residential porches or secure mailrooms after successful delivery. Please ensure your drop-off location is safe.
