Refund policy

At Eidori & Co. Fine Jewellery Inc., we want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. Because our fine jewelry collections are handcrafted with precious metals, genuine gemstones, and cultured pearls, we maintain strict quality and inspection standards. Please review our return and refund policy in full before placing your order.

1. The 14-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 14 days from the exact date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your jewelry piece must be:

  • Completely unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Free from scratches, blemishes, dents, or signs of wear.

  • Free from environmental or cosmetic traces (such as perfume, lotion, makeup, or smoke).

  • Returned inside its original Eidori & Co. presentation box, gift pouches, tags, certificates, and any included accessories.

Hygiene Notice for Earrings: For health and safety hygiene purposes, earrings and piercing jewelry can only be accepted for return if they are completely unworn. Items showing any signs of physical wear or manipulation cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry designs.

  • Engraved items.

  • Items purchased as part of a clearance or marked "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper home storage, or normal wear and tear over time.

3. Restocking Fees

We believe in full cost transparency. Eidori & Co. charges $0 Restocking Fees on all approved returns. What you paid for the item is exactly what you will be refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

  • Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for purchasing and arranging their own return shipping label to our Canadian studio, unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Tracked Shipping Required: We strongly recommend utilizing a tracked and insured shipping service (such as Canada Post, USPS, or DHL). Eidori & Co. is not liable for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in transit back to us.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Original outbound shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items on Arrival

Please inspect your fine jewelry package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it to our team within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please visit our Contact Us page and provide the following information:

  1. Your official Order Number.

  2. A clear description of the damage or manufacturing defect.

  3. Clear, close-up photos of the jewelry piece and its shipping packaging.

Once verified by our inspection team, we will immediately issue a prepaid return label and provide a priority resolution, which may include a brand-new replacement, repair, or a full refund.

6. How to Step-by-Step Initiate a Return

Please do not send packages back to our facility without obtaining prior authorization. Unidentified or unapproved returns will be rejected at delivery.

1.Submit Your Request:

Navigate to our Contact Us  provide your order number and the reason for your return.

2.Receive Authorization & Address:

Our team will review your request within our standard operational hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM Pacific Time). If eligible, we will send you an official Return Authorization email along with our exact secure mail-in return address.

3.Pack and Ship:

Securely package the unworn jewelry piece inside its original gift box and outer packaging to prevent damage during transit, purchase your tracked label, and mail it to us.

7. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your return package arrives at our facility, it will undergo a formal inspection by our gemologists within 3 business days. We will immediately notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the piece.

  • Approved Returns: The refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.

  • Bank Timelines: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your banking institution, credit card issuer, or gateway provider (such as PayPal) to officially reflect the funds on your statement.

8. Order Cancellations

We process orders rapidly to fulfill our next-business-day dispatch guarantee. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page immediately.

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or handed off to our couriers (Chitchat, DHL, etc.).

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces cannot be canceled once production has officially begun in our studio.

9. Duties, Taxes, and Delivery Consistency

In full compliance with our Shipping Policy, Eidori & Co. completely covers all applicable customs adjustments, import tariffs, and structural duties beforehand for all United States and international shipments.

However, if an international shipment is actively refused by the customer at delivery, or if a package is returned to us by the courier due to an invalid/incorrect delivery address provided by the customer at checkout, any subsequent refund will be reduced by the exact outbound and return shipping costs charged by the carrier.

10. Long-Term Jewelry Care & Warranty

Fine jewelry is delicate by nature and must be handled thoughtfully. Our standard return policy does not cover physical structural damage caused by:

  • Accidental drops, snags, or pressure impact.

  • Improper home storage or exposure to harsh abrasive chemicals.

  • Accelerated tarnishing caused by wearing jewelry in swimming pools, hot tubs, showers, or exposing it directly to heavy lotions, hairsprays, and perfumes.
